Born and raised in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area, Shantoria grew up as the oldest of seven siblings in a bustling household. Her upbringing instilled values of responsibility, hard work, and family bonds, which would shape her future endeavors.

With a thirst for knowledge and a determination to succeed, Shantoria embarked on her academic journey. She took her first step towards a career in real estate by earning an associate degree in real estate from Contra Costa College. She continues her educational journey by pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate at Menlo College to gain the knowledge and skills for a successful career.

With her academic foundation firmly in place, she entered the world of property management. Shantoria’s experiences and achievements in this field are showcased, highlighting her expertise and dedication to providing quality property management services.
