Independence Day is a favorite holiday among Americans. It's a day to celebrate our nation adopting the Declaration of Independence in 1776. Many of us celebrate by being with friends and family while enjoying the summer holiday goodies of hotdogs, hamburgers, ice cream, and bbq.
