Responsibilities

  • Installing and removing signs from properties (directionals, open house signs, etc.)
  • Installing and removing lock boxes from properties
  • Making copies of keys
  • Ensuring all listings have flyers in the box
  • Turning on/off lights for listings/showings
  • Turning on/off AC
  • Making sure all listings are locked
  • Keeping Inventory of Signs/Riders
  • Keeping Sign Room/Office Storage/Public Storage Organized
  • Running Errands
  • Misc. Tasks
