I was a first time buyer and I didn't have a clue. Kat helped me in my time of need. I was teaching and living in a bad neighborhood when my rental home was robbed and Kat came to my rescue. She found me a home that I could afford in a good neighborhood. I was out of the rental and in my own home  by the next month.

The experience was amazing. She worked around my busy schedule and made sure I understood the paperwork. She took so much consideration into the homes she showed me that I wanted the first one we walked into. I was so sure that I only saw the one property and asked Kat if we could start the paperwork. Kat made sure I was happy and took care of everything.  I was so nervous and she made me feel confident and comfortable. She walked me through the whole process and even came to visit when I moved in. Kat became family through the process.
